The reason I started this section with this single mic - Radio Shack Recorder recording is because it is the last memory I have of Gary. I did not know he and Jim had recorded it as it came home with his personal items.

Gary was a big fan of Hank Williams. in fact, listening to Hank Williams recordings is how he learned how to sing, play guitar and yes… Write. These songs were on the cassette Tape.

Gary's one serious country song was Jukebox Song. We recorded a demo before we left for Vietnam. Gary planned to move from Rock and Roll to full Country Music when he got home.
